- What happens if I don’t like the consultant you send?
While we take many factors into consideration when choosing the consultant that will best fit your situation to ensure this does not happen, you would simply pick up the phone and call Sally McKenzie, CEO. She cannot fix a situation if she is not made aware. Another consultant can be assigned.
- I feel like I need to get my staff in order first. What do you think?
You will never have your staff “in order” as the average rate of turnover in dentistry is every 18 months. Remember it is the “systems” that run your practice and the sooner you have the systems in place, the sooner you will reap the benefits.
- Based on over 25 years of helping dentists what can I do to make sure this will work for me?
Keep the lines of communication open with your personal consultant. We provide telephone meeting support calls every three weeks and are always available via e-mail. It is important that those calls are followed through to keep the momentum moving forward for you and your team.
- What separates you apart from other dental management companies?
We have been involved in every aspect of dentistry for over 25 years. If you total all the years of dental background of our entire team, it is well over 400 years. We are also the only endorsed management company by the California Dental Association and the only one in the U. S. endorsed by a state association. We do not have a cookie cutter approach nor do we discriminate against consulting with only certain types of practice’s or philosophies. Our recommended action plan for a practice is based on the socio-economic level of patients in the practice, the geographic location, the doctor’s vision and the temperament type of the doctor/owner. We are system analyzers, performing a “comprehensive exam” the same as you and providing and executing a recommended results proven treatment plan.
We have a successful track record for over 25 years working with dental practices nation-wide.
