- Once you have purchased a test you will be emailed a web-site address, username and password for each test taker.
- You will give this information to the test taker.
- Test taker answers 107 true/false questions.
- Within minutes of completion, you are emailed the test report and summation results.

For example, when ordering tests for front office and hygienist place the order for the front office first and then order the tests for the hygienist.
Test administrations are available for purchase Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. Once purchased, however, they may be used at any time.
If ordering after these hours or on Saturday/Sunday your username and password information for the test will be emailed the next business day.
