About your presenter
Evelyn Ramsay has been actively involved in the dental procession starting her career as a dental assistant, front desk reception and manager of smaller dental offices. As she excelled, she was recruited to larger group practices for both general dentists and specialists. She is a Senior Consultant Coach and Director for McKenzie Management's Canadian Division.
She has been an invited lecturer at dental meetings, associations and Dalhousie University in Halifax, Novia Scotia. Evelyn works closely with the Canadian law firm, McInnes Cooper regarding Canadian Employment Law to keep her audiences up to date on employee and staffing issues.
As a Senior Consultant Coach for McKenzie Management, she brings real world experience to her audiences. Her focus has always been on team development, proper training and clear assessment standards while achieving realistic practice goals.
