Understanding the reports generated by the computer software and how to use them to measure the practice success. Creating positive and productive team meetings. Belle M. DuCharme has been a dedicated dental professional for over thirty years. Her experience includes many years as an expanded duty dental assistant and more years as Dental Business Administrator/Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Insurance and Financial Coordinator, Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator and a multitude of other duties associated with operating a busy dental practice. Her career in dentistry has taken her from solo general practices to multi doctor practices. She has worked in specialty practices such as orthodontics, pedodontics, endodontics and prosthodontics. Many a dental practice has experienced positive growth and increased production/collection ratios with Belle's systems for success.
Belle has researched and written custom Employee Office Policy Manuals, Business Office Procedural Manuals and Clinical Procedural Manuals for dental offices. Years of experience have shown her that when workplace operation standards are clearly communicated, many benefits come to the patients, doctors and team members.
The challenge to improve communication skills has taken Belle into the world of public speaking. After joining a local club of Toastmaster's International, Belle has achieved the title of Accredited Toastmaster in less than two years. Her life purpose is to combine her enthusiasm and passion for dentistry with her communication skills to help other dental professionals achieve their vision for success.
Belle is the Senior Instructor for McKenzie Management's Advanced Training for Dentistry Programs and the Lead Trainer for McKenzie Management's Practice Start Up Program. Belle is also a contributing editor to McKenzie Management's e-Newsletter.
